Exciting news! Our full season of 2027 cruises are now available to book. This is our most exciting season yet as we celebrate 30 years of Saga Cruising!
This new season includes 39 new no-fly cruises, all departing from Dover or Portsmouth. It includes exciting voyages to Greenland and Canada, a cruise to seven countries in Northern Europe, and two extra-special anniversary cruises to celebrate 30 years of Saga Cruises.
Plus, to make the year even more special, all cruises in 2027 will include a selection of premium wines. This is in addition to our range of all-inclusive drinks which already includes wines, premium spirits, beers, mixers and soft drinks.

The Northern Lights
Watching the aurora borealis light up the night sky is an incredible experience, and our new 2027 cruise will take you to the best spot at the peak time of year for viewing them. Enjoy optional tours from the polar port of Alta to see the lights with a guide. But often there are incredible viewings from the ship’s deck too, and the Captain will make announcements so you do not miss out.

New UK mini cruises
Brand new for 2027, we have introduced a selection of shorter cruises, which are ideal choices for your first cruise with us! These six-night itineraries visit places such as Tresco Abbey Gardens on the Isles of Sicily and County Cork in Ireland.

Two anniversary cruises
The first-ever Saga cruise took place in May 1997, and exactly 30 years later you can be sailing on one of our anniversary cruises, packed with special celebrations! Spirit of Discovery will embark on a cruise around the UK, while Spirit of Adventure will head for the Mediterranean, just like Saga Rose did three decades ago.

Greenland and Iceland
Back by guest demand, our new 2027 season also includes a one-off adventure to the dramatic landscapes of Iceland and Greenland. Marvel at glaciers, fjords and blue icebergs as you cruise through Prince Christian Sound, visit UNESCO World Heritage Sites and also the wild Faroe Islands too.

The Eclipse of the Century
On August 2 next year, the Sun and Moon are once again putting on a magical show in the sky – a total solar eclipse! This special voyage will take you to a prime spot off the coast of Morocco to watch from the decks of Spirit of Adventure. As the second-longest total solar eclipse occurring in the 21st century, it is already being called the ‘Eclipse of the Century’.

For 2027 we are bringing back another guest favourite – a transatlantic cruise to Canada in early Fall. See the vibrant autumn colours start to peep in Nova Scotia, Quebec and Newfoundland, explore historic Halifax and perhaps enjoy an optional excursion to Peggy’s Cove.

The widest choice of cabins and itineraries
Our last season was our fastest-selling ever, and some cruises sold out very quickly. If you have your eye on a particular cabin, or there is a special itinerary you do not want to miss, booking early is best.
