Holiday organisers are required by law to state arrangements for the repatriation of customers in the event of insolvency. In the unlikely event of Saga becoming insolvent the CAA/ABTA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and you would be refunded any money that you have already paid us. Items not purchased directly through Saga will not be protected under the Saga ABTA or ATOL licences. Saga Travel Group Limited is also licensed by the Irish Commission for Aviation Regulation (Licence No. T. A. 0598) to carry on business in the Republic of Ireland as a travel agent.
