A little bit of history
Constructed at the Vahali Shipyards in Serbia, Spirit of the Danube was built in 2022 and set sail on her inaugural cruise in the same year. Her naming ceremony took place in Arnhem in the Netherlands with her Godmother, broadcaster and journalist Dame Jenni Murray, in attendance. She has four passenger decks, can accommodate 182 passengers and is one of the most eco-friendly ships on the European waterways.
