If for any reason you are not enjoying yourself during the first few days on board – tell us. Our crew will do everything to address your concerns, and ensure you have a wonderful time on board.

But if we really can’t help – we’ll get you back home early and of course give you a full refund too.

We guarantee you will love your first cruise, or your money back!

Ocean cruise: Available to guests that have not previously cruised with Saga Cruises.

River cruise: Available to guests that have not previously cruised with Saga River Cruises.

To take advantage, you must state your intention to leave your cruise early to the Hotel General Manager/Cruise Director during the first 72 hours for cruises seven nights or over; or during the first 48 hours for cruises under seven nights.

They will endeavour to resolve any issues within 48 hours, but if a solution cannot be agreed in this time, Saga will arrange and cover the cost of your return transport home at the next available port and refund the price of your cruise.

We will not refund costs incurred for items not purchased directly through Saga, such as, but not limited to, overnight accommodation or third-party insurance. The guarantee does not affect Saga’s standard booking conditions or pre-departure cancellation policy. Further terms and conditions may apply.
