Launching in Summer 2019, she features the design cues, cuisine and levels of service you expect in the world’s finest boutique hotels. Except here you can wake up in a new idyllic location different to the one you went to sleep in.

Called Spirit of Discovery, her luxurious, world-class design heralds a new era for Saga Cruising, and will offer the chance to experience so much more. All backed by Saga’s famous personal service and inclusive value.

Spirit of Discovery has started construction!

On February 28, 2018 at the Meyer Werft shipyard in Papenburg, we held the 'Steel Cutting Ceremony' for our brand new ship. This signaled the start of the building process.

Lance Batchelor, our Group Chief Executive Officer was there, along with Robin Shaw, Nigel Blanks, and all the other top staff from Saga Cruises.
