Promoter
The Promoter of this Competition is Saga Travel Group (UK) Limited (company number 12102155), located at 3 Pancras Square, London N1C 4AG.
Eligibility
This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Channel Islands. Entrants must be aged 18 or over, but you must be aged 50 or over to travel (a travelling companion or family member travelling with you may be aged 40 or over). Employees and immediate family of the Promoter, its group companies, or anyone professionally connected with the Competition are not eligible to enter.
How to enter
- Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

- Only one entry per person is permitted.
Competition dates
- Opening date: 00:00 on 19 January 2026 in Great Britain
- Closing date: 11:59pm on 28 February 2026 in Great Britain.
Entries received by the Promoter after the closing date will not be accepted.
Responsibility for entries
The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are corrupted, not successfully completed or transmitted, lost, mislaid, misdirected, damaged or delayed in transit, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, website, computer hardware or software failure of any kind or for any other reason beyond its control.
Winner selection and notification
- The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries, performed by a computer process on 05 March 2026.
- The winner will be notified either by email or phone call within 28 days after the closing date using the contact details provided at entry.
- If a winner cannot be contacted or is unable to accept their prize within 21 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner from eligible entries received in accordance with the process described above.
Prize details
The prize includes:
- a 14-day guided holiday for two people on the Canadian Rockies and Vancouver tour. taking place from 17-29 September 2026. Alternative travel dates may be considered and are subject to availability
- two economy return flights from London Heathrow;
- 12 nights accommodation and 1 in flight, staying at: The Banff Caribou Lodge (3.5 star); Lobstick Lodge in Jasper (3-star); Best Western Plus Kelowna Hotel (3.5-star); D Sabana Hotel, San Jose (4-star); Chateau Victoria (4-star); Coast Coal Harbour Hotel, Vancouver (4-star). All rooms are standard twin / doubles or standard single rooms>.
- optional travel insurance: Travel insurance will be provided for both the winner and any accompanying traveller. If the winner chooses to decline this insurance, they will be solely responsible for arranging their own comprehensive travel insurance.

The prize does not include:
- spending money, personal expenses, visas or any other elements not specified in the itinerary;
Prize conditions
- The lead traveller must be at least 50 years old at the time of travel. A travelling companion or family member accompanying the winner may be aged 40 or over.
- The winner must book their prize by 30 April 2026 and complete their travel between 17-29 September 2026.
- The prize is as offered; no extensions or upgrades are available.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
- The prize cannot be retrospectively applied to bookings made prior to the date of winner notification.
- The prize value stated in advertising is correct on the opening date but may be subject to change. The winner will receive the full prize as described, regardless of any changes to the promotional discount or indicative value after publication.
- All elements of the prize are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.
- It is the winner's responsibility to ensure that they and any accompanying traveller are available to travel on the specified dates, hold valid passports, obtain any required visas or travel documents, and meet all applicable vaccination or health requirements for the destination.
- The prize is subject to Saga Holidays' booking conditions which are available here.
Publicity and data
- The winner may be asked to take part in publicity or promotional activities, as may be reasonably required by the Promoter and/or the Saga Magazine with no recompense, which may include having the winner's name, video footage and/or photographic image published. If you do not wish to take part in any publicity or promotional activities, please contact the Promoter at marketingcommunications@sagatravelgroup.com.
- Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promotor's Privacy Policy and shared with third parties only as required to arrange prize fulfilment.
- In accordance with the requirements of the UK Code of Non-Broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing, the Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates a valid award has taken place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will provide the surname and county of major prize winners, and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails marketingcommunications@sagatravelgroup.com within one month of the closing date specified in Condition 4, above. If you object to the disclosure of your surname and/or county, you must inform the Promoter at the time of accepting the prize. In such circumstances, the Promoter will still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request, but may withhold the information from public disclosure.
General terms
- By entering the Competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition if necessary.
- The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Governing law
This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
