How our discounts work

On all cruises we set aside a number of cabins within each level at a discounted fare, with the highest discount of 35% for ocean cruises and 25% for river cruises available on selected levels. These cabins are sold on a first come, first served basis. As cabins are sold, the discount begins to reduce, and continues to reduce until those selected cabins are sold.

This means that the earlier you book, the higher the chance of securing a greater discount. Our price panels clearly show the full cruise price, along with the current discount fare.

Please note: During busy periods for holiday bookings, the early booking discount can reduce rapidly. We recommend that you book early to benefit from the best booking discounts and to secure your preferred cabin.

When promoting new cruises for the first time, we contact customers on our Advanced Registration list first, allowing then to secure the cabin of their choice and benefit from the best savings. Our brochures are then sent out to loyalty club members first, followed by past cruise goers and then everyone else.

Discover the vistas of Arctic Norway

Admire Norway’s landscapes under the glow of the midnight sun on this all-inclusive cruise to Arctic Norway in 2026. Look forward to exploring Sandnes, where you can learn more about the history of the region at the combined museum and science centre, and enjoy the opportunity to visit Stavanger to stroll the cobbled lanes of the old town, lined with wooden cottages and boutique shops. In Trøndheim, visit Nidaros Cathedral, built on the grave of St Olav, Norway’s patron saint and the Viking king who founded the city.

Set on a peninsula between the Vestfjorden and the Saltfjorden, Bodø has a dramatic backdrop of rugged mountains and distant islands. Here, you can learn more about the region’s Sami heritage at the Nordland Museum, which also houses a collection of Viking treasures. Continue to Leknes and the photogenic Lofoten Islands, defined by jagged mountains and green hills dotted with traditional villages. From Honningsvag, head to the North Cape, with its cliff-top globe monument overlooking the Barents Sea. See pre-historic rock carvings at the Alta Museum and visit the Arctic Cathedral in Tromsø. Cruise along Norway’s scenic north coast to explore Kristiansund before concluding your voyage with a visit to Lerwick on the rugged Shetland Islands.
