In the main Reception area on the Main deck, you’ll find our on-board team of travel experts. All are there to help you plan the experiences that happen when you step off the ship.

Part concierge, part tourist information hub, Explore Ashore offers many services, at no extra cost. You can ask for maps, travel guides and advice on what to do in port.

In the centre of the Promenade deck you can step into the world of Saga, without having to leave the ship. Meet and chat with our friendly consultant about Saga’s range of travel and lifestyle products.

When onboard, you can take advantage of tax-free purchases on selected cruises on items including clothes, fine jewellery and watches. Plus, you can also enjoy the services of a private jeweller offering unique, often hand-crafted, pieces.

There is also a range of fragrances, skincare and cosmetics from some of the world's most renowned high-end brands.

And don't worry if you've forgotten one of your essentials. There'll also be a wide range of everyday products available, such as toiletries, drinks and snacks in our smaller port shop by the entrance.

The Ward Room is the venue for lectures and interactive learning sessions during your cruise.
