For adventurous escapades, Holland America Line’s Maasdam is the ideal ship. Lined with inflatable zodiacs, she offers access to off-the-beaten-path destinations, and as the only ship in the line dedicated to In Depth Voyages, you’ll enjoy engaging and authentic shore excursions, lectures, interactive workshops and cultural performances, ensuring a fully immersive cruise experience. Refurbished in 2011, Maasdam is spacious yet intimate, and has a traditional nautical design combined with modern amenities such as wireless hotspots and speciality bars.


Holland America Line's graceful, mid-sized ships are known for their generous amount of personal space. All staterooms on board the MS Maasdam feature luxurious, quilted pillow top mattresses, fine linens and towels, premium massage showerheads and Elemis Aromapure bath products.

On the Holland America Maasdam there are four restaurants plus snack bars and ‘pop up’ speciality selections, you'll have plenty of choice of where to dine… Grab a signature burger by the pool at Dive-In, choose sophisticated ambience in the elegant dining room, spend a romantic evening in the Pinnacle Grill. You can even enjoy in-room dining any time of day.
