Again the weather is nice today, with no wind, little overcast but I am sure the sun will make an appearance. The beach is so nearby the ship with some shopping streets and even a mall for all those shop-a-holics! Also, some nice restaurants for that essential sangria and tapas – yummy. We were docked with the ship as we turned and backed in this morning by 8am and then tours were off the ship along with our keen explorers of the local town. I ventured off for some Boccadillos (I think that is how you spell it!!) with some fries – still a little British in cuisine!
After a nice day here with the sunshine out it was time to leave the Canaries region and to set sail north. We have decided to go to Lisbon instead of Leixoes for an overnight stay, so I am sure that is all welcomed by guest and crew alike.
Hopefully some warm and sunny seadays ahead of us as well. Newcomers Party tonight so better go and get ready!
See you in Lisbon.
