Let’s start by wishing all our readers and everybody a very Happy Christmas!
A beautiful day here in the Canary region and with a busy day on Christmas day with all the festivities. 9:45am this morning was our Christmas Morning Church service and is very well attended. At 10:45am we had our Guest Choir performance and all sang beautifully (even Sim our Snowman) – bravo everybody!! Santa had delivered all the presents to the ship and many, including myself, had opened them up!! Did we all get what we wanted though?? – I think most did. At midday we hosted our Christmas Cocktail Party and then it was time to go into the dining room for our Christmas Day Lunch, and it was amazing.
At 2pm we embarked our pilot for Tenerife and then completed our arrival to our downtown berth ready for our overnight stay. After a wonderful Queen’s Speech we had a rest from food for a bit and then it was time for dinner again! Many of our guests went to the evening Tenerife Symphony Orchestra show, and I heard only positive comments from the guests saying they really enjoyed it. After a fun filled evening of entertainment it was time for bed during our overnight stay.
A beautiful day of sunshine and no wind on boxing day and time to go exploring and shopping with my mum!! We had a great afternoon ashore and lunch and then it was time to leave at 6pm, ready for our next port of La Palma. Duo Esencias to look forward to tonight at showtime as well!! Hope you enjoy the Christmas photos!!
