Guests booked on Spirit of Adventure cruises in September and October 2020

Thank you for your continued support during these difficult times, I appreciate your patience whilst we continue to review our future operations. I wanted to let you know that my team are in the process of contacting all guests due to cruise with us on Spirit of Adventure during September and October, so please rest assured that if you have not yet heard from us yet, we will be in touch very soon.

I will continue to keep you updated on our plans to safely return to service over the coming weeks, as always, the safety and wellbeing of both our guests and crew remains at the forefront of my mind. In the meantime, please stay safe and we look forward to welcoming you aboard our ships soon.

Update: June 26, 2020

Guests booked on cruises in September, October and November 2020

Firstly, I would like to thank you for your understanding and patience during these unprecedented times. My team are working extremely hard, and we are currently reviewing plans for our Autumn cruises.

While we continue to plan and work through the detail of our return to service, I am pleased to advise that you will not need to pay your balance payment until we contact you over the coming weeks.

I will of course keep you updated on how we are progressing and would like to assure you that the safety and wellbeing of our guests and crew continue to be of the highest importance to me. In the meantime, please stay safe and I look forward to welcoming you on board soon.

Update: May 27, 2020

Following my update last month, sadly the situation with COVID-19 is not improving, therefore I have made the very difficult decision to suspend Spirit of Discovery cruises further until 1st September 2020.

I appreciate that this will be disappointing news for many of you, however the safety and wellbeing of our guests and crew continue to be of the utmost importance to me.

If you were due to travel with us during this time, there is nothing further you need to do as our dedicated guest services team will be contacting you by phone over the coming days to discuss your options in more detail.

However, I would just like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for your continued understanding during this unprecedented time, and for the kind words many of you have shared with me over the past few weeks. I sincerely thank you for the support you have shown to both myself and my team. I remain convinced that, when we do return, we will be both stronger and better than before.
