Chania and Heraklion

It was on top of this rocky hill in the 5th century BC where the foundations of modern democracy were conceived.
The Acropolis of Lindos
Saga’s Greek Isles cruises call in at Rhodes, where you can delve into this island’s long history. Take in spectacular views from the top of Lindos’ impressive acropolis. One of the oldest sites here is the Temple of Athena Lindia, which dates back to 300 BC, but was built on the grounds of an even earlier temple.
