On all cruises we set aside a number of cabins within each level at a discounted fare, with the highest discount of 35% for ocean cruises and 25% for river cruises available on selected levels. These cabins are sold on a first come, first served basis. As cabins are sold, the discount begins to reduce, and continues to reduce until those selected cabins are sold.
This means that the earlier you book, the higher the chance of securing a greater discount. Our price panels clearly show the full cruise price, along with the current discount fare.
Please note: During busy periods for holiday bookings, the early booking discount can reduce rapidly. We recommend that you book early to benefit from the best booking discounts and to secure your preferred cabin.
When promoting new cruises for the first time, we contact customers on our Advanced Registration list first, allowing then to secure the cabin of their choice and benefit from the best savings. Our brochures are then sent out to loyalty club members first, followed by past cruise goers and then everyone else.

Captain Kim Tanner is at the helm for this exciting 25-night Mystery Cruise. Designed for those who enjoy fun and adventure, the itinerary will be revealed day-by-day, keeping you guessing right up until the last minute. There will be a host of activities on board to add to the intrigue and you can look forward to an included half-day surprise tour at every port. The itinerary will also include at least one new port of call.

Culinary demonstration and Q&A with Phil Vickery
Phil is now in his 26th year with the This Morning family. Phil began his career as a commis chef at The Burlington Hotel in Folkestone, working his way up to become Head Chef at The Castle Hotel in Taunton, where he earned a Michelin star.
His first television appearance came when he was invited to stand in for Keith Floyd on the Breakfast Programme. Since then, he has appeared on Ready Steady Cook, Phil Vickery’s Pudding Club, and Save Money: Good Diet, for which he also wrote an accompanying cookbook.
Phil has achieved numerous accolades, including four AA Rosettes, Times Magazine Restaurant of the Year, County Restaurant of the Year in the Good Food Guide, British Meat Chef of the Year, and an Egon Ronay Guide One Star, as well as Dessert Chef of the Year. A leading authority on gluten-free products, Phil is the National Food Ambassador for Coeliac UK and is also recognised for his work on food suitable for a diabetic diet.
He has written 17 books covering subjects from pork, game, and desserts to diabetic-friendly cooking and more. During your cruise, Phil will give two cookery demonstrations and a Q&A session.
Astrophysicist, Ian Hall FRAS
Ian Hall FRAS is a public astrophysicist, Fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society, and founder of The Average Scientist – a science communication organisation dedicated to making the universe accessible and inspiring for all.
He is the author of two books and the creator of the national touring theatre production Wonders of Our Universe, a live fusion of astrophysics, storytelling and music that has captivated thousands across the UK. Known for his poetic style in the tradition of Carl Sagan, Ian brings the mysteries of the cosmos to life with warmth and clarity, connecting the science of the stars to the story of us.
His work reminds audiences that the vastness of space is not distant but deeply connected to who we are. Ian will present two talks during this cruise, and two performances of Wonders of Our Universe: Part I and Part II — an immersive two-night journey through space, time and the story of everything.
Award-winning, triple round-the-world yachtsman Conrad Humphreys
As a professional yachtsman, Conrad led his team to victory in the BT Global Challenge, dominating the race with four out of seven leg wins. Most recently, Conrad was the professional skipper on board the tiny 22ft open boat, Bounty in the recreation of Captain Bligh’s epic story of survival, for Channel 4’s “Mutiny.” During your cruise, Conrad will give two lectures and a Q&A.
Author, documentary filmmaker and speaker Tony Lee Moral
Tony an author, documentary filmmaker and speaker specialising in suspense storytelling, thrillers and mystery fiction. A lifelong admirer of Alfred Hitchcock and the art of suspense, he has written extensively on Hitchcock’s films, including several acclaimed books on the legendary director, including A Century of Hitchcock, marking the centenary of Hitchcock’s first film.
Alongside his non-fiction work, Tony is also the author of mystery thrillers, including The Passion of the Cross, The Two Masks of Vendetta and Ghost Maven: The Haunting of Alice May, blending psychological suspense, hidden identities, and classic mystery traditions.
Drawing on his background in documentary filmmaking and television, his talks combine behind-the-scenes film history, real-life mysteries, storytelling secrets and the enduring appeal of suspense fiction. Warm, atmospheric and visually rich, his presentations explore how Hitchcock and classic mystery writers continue to shape modern thrillers, television and popular culture.
