Leaving the port, drive past the Jerónimos Monastery, built using limestone over a period of 100 years starting in 1501; UNESCO-listed Belém Tower, constructed with the primary objective of protecting the bay; the Monument to the Discoveries; the pink façade of Belém Palace, the official residence of the Portuguese president; the new Coach Museum; Avenida da Liberdade, the most central avenue in Lisbon and a popular shopping district for both tourists and locals; and Edward VII park.

You will also cross the 25th April suspension bridge over the Tagus River to see the imposing statue of Christ the Redeemer. Stretching across the estuary to the Tagus River in Lisbon the suspension bridge is considered as a twin sister of the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco because of its similar design. The bridge is an impressive sight, and it also offers a breathtaking view when crossing it.

Visible from most parts of Lisbon and beyond, the statue of Christ the Redeemer (Cristo Rei) stands a striking 270 feet high on its angular pedestal, overlooking the south bank of the Tagus River. One of Portugal’s most iconic landmarks standing tall with its robed arms outstretched, it was erected in 1959 and modelled on the famous Cristo Redentor in Rio de Janeiro.

Then, enjoy your scenic drive back to the port.

This is a coach-based excursion with a number of stops. Walking during the stops will be at your discretion. Duration of photo stops can be between 10 - 20 minutes. This included excursion takes you on a drive to two viewpoints, where photo stops will be made. You will also have the opportunity to try the traditional Madeiran drink Poncha.

The excursion begins as you leave the port, passing Santa Catarina Park, and travels west towards the Santa Rita area, before arriving at your first viewpoint overlooking Funchal.

Then continue southwest, passing Câmara de Lobos, a picturesque fishing village once painted by Sir Winston Churchill. Enjoy a short stop at Pico da Torre viewpoint where you can see the village and its bay from above.

Reboard your coach and head to a local establishment, close to the port, where you can try the traditional Poncha made with sugarcane Rum. After your taste of Poncha, return to the ship by coach or make your own way back independently.

This is primarily a coach-based excursion with two photo stops where walking is at your discretion. There is up to 150 yards of essential walking required. Some of the stops will have uneven and cobbled ground and optional steps. Visibility from all viewpoints is dependent on the weather and therefore cannot be guaranteed. Pass through the western part of Ponta Delgada via the coastal route, before arriving at Feteiras, where the road climbs to Sete Cidades. You make a stop for photographs at the extinct crater of Sete Cidades, some 1,900 feet above sea level. From the edge of the crater, eight miles in circumference, there is a fine view of the two lakes at the bottom. One is deep blue, reflecting the sky, and the other is bright green, reflecting the rich vegetation of the lush crater walls. On your return drive to Ponta Delgada, another short photo stop will be made at Carvão Belvedere.

Your journey begins with a drive through Foz, the cosmopolitan waterfront district. From here you head into the old town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you can see the iconic Palácio de Cristal and the 18th-century Torre dos Clérigos or Clergymen’s Tower - the highest point of the town at 245 feet.

Continue along the impressive Avenida dos Aliados which leads to the town hall. On this half-day tour, explore the city of Aveiro, nestled along the Ria de Aveiro. The city is distinguished by its canals, often filled with vibrant boats and lined with Art Nouveau style buildings. Capture some of the city on foot before navigating the canals by local boats, called Moliceiros. These slender and colourful vessels were historically used to collect algae and seaweed and are now used for sightseeing.

Following your scenic ride, indulge in a taste of the local delicacy, ""ovos moles,"" a sweet confection made from eggs and sugar originating from Aveiro, accompanied by a glass of sparkling wine. If you want to take in the sights and absorb the atmosphere of Lisbon at a relaxed pace, finishing with a taste of the local tipple, then this tour is for you. Lisbon’s vintage trams are among the city’s icons, and this tour includes a ride on one of these historical vehicles.

A coach will take you into the heart of the city where you will board a traditional wooden-bodied tram for a scenic one-hour journey through Alfama and Bairro Alto, two of the oldest districts of the city which are characterised by winding alleyways and whitewashed houses with flowers on their balconies. Drive to the charming town of Sintra, where you can admire many stunning buildings and works of art. The whole town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site on account of its 19th-century romantic architecture.

On arrival you will visit Sintra National Palace, also known as Palácio da Vila, famous for its magnificent painted ceilings. The palace is the only survivor of the country's Royal Halls, dating from the Middle Ages. One of the highlights is its kitchen, complete with huge 110-feet high conical chimneys.

After your visit to the palace, stop for refreshments, and then enjoy free time to explore on your own. The town has retained much of its medieval layout, with labyrinthine streets, flights of steps and arcaded buildings.

On your return journey to the ship you will follow a section of the scenic ocean road, and pass the Belém district with its famous tower.

During the visit to Sintra Palace there will be one hour of standing and essential walking covering a approximately 500 metres. There are approximately 120 steps and a winding staircase inside the palace. Walking during time at leisure is at your discretion, but please note Sintra Town has cobbled streets, steps and inclines. We recommend that you wear flat walking shoes. Guests must be physically fit to participate on this tour. The drive to Sintra will take approximately one hour, the return drive to the ship will take 90 minutes. You will have approximately one hour at the Sintra National Palace, followed by 90 minutes of free time.

Uncover the history of Lisbon as you explore the city with a local guide on foot. Starting from the port your guide will take you into the city to see some of Lisbon’s significant examples of historical architecture and tell you the city’s stories and traditions.

The Chiado district is one of the highlights of your walking tour. The several bookstores, cafes and other shops here have barely changed since they were founded more than half a century ago. As you walk through the city, you'll see the Praça do Comércio, also known as Black Horse Square, and Largo do Carmo, where Quartel do Carmo can be found, before heading down to Rossio, once the liveliest square in the city. Here you can admire the Dona Maria National Theatre, originally built around 1450.

Just off the northeast corner of Rossio sits a small but lively square brimming with history: São Domingos, home to the São Domingos church which is now a National Monument. Enjoy a short stop for a coffee and cake before continuing your walk through Rua da Prata passing by Sé de Lisboa, the 12th-century cathedral of Lisbon.

You'll then begin the walk back to the ship via part of the Alfama district, a labyrinth of narrow cobbled alleyways and colourful houses.

This tour is all on foot and you will be required to walk up to three miles, sometimes over uneven ground, and there may be more than 15 steps to negotiate. Leaving the port, your journey by coach takes you over the 25th April bridge and on a scenic drive to Sesimbra, an old fishing village which lies at the foothills of the Serra da Arrábida mountain range. The village is lined with traditional whitewashed houses, overlooked by Sesimbra’s Moorish Castle. Enjoy an exterior visit of the castle for approximately 30 minutes before the tour continues by coach to Azeitão.

Azeitão is located in the nature reserve of the Serra da Arrábida and is known for its tasty regional products. During your time in the area, you will visit one of the local wine cellars and have the opportunity to taste the Moscatel wines.

The tour concludes with a scenic drive through Arrábida Natural park before returning to the ship.

Join us in search of the whales and dolphins in the sea surrounding Madeira, accompanied by a marine biologist and skipper. Before leaving, there will be a short introduction before your adventure begins; then set off on your RIB, fully equipped for observing dramatic marine life.

Thanks to lookouts on land who will guide your boat towards the mammals, you will likely see Short-finned Pilot Whales, Bottlenose Dolphins, Atlantic Spotted Dolphins and Common Dolphins that will leap and jump from the water displaying their acrobatic moves as they swim alongside the boats. If you are lucky, you may also spot a Risso’s Dolphin, a Beaked Whale or an Orca, all of which are occasional visitors to Madeira.

Lifejackets are supplied, but you must wear your own warm, waterproof clothing and sturdy nonslip shoes. You must be able to climb in and out of the RIB boat unaided. Dexterity is required to get on and off the high-positioned seats. On this small group experience, join us in search of the endemic land birds of Madeira, including the Madeiran Firecrest, the Laurel Pigeon and the Madeiran Chaffinch. 

This excursion explores different habitats and their unique biodiversity, from grassland, coastal, forest and freshwater species with a special focus on endemic birds. From around 1900 feet above sea level you have the opportunity to observe the endemic bird species and subspecies of Madeira and Macaronesia.

A stop will be made at the Laurel Forest Important Bird Area, where you will have the opportunity to record your bird sightings for the Portuguese bird conservation society.

Visit the village of Monte, take a cable car ride over the valley of Joao Gomes and explore the botanical gardens. Leave the pier and drive towards Monte, known for its collection of fine properties and gardens, perched on a hill above Funchal.

Monte’s 18th-century, twin towered Church is one of the area’s most prominent landmarks. In the centre of the high altar of the church stands the statue of Our Lady of Monte, credited with being the source of many miracles. Make your way to the cable car station in Monte and take a ride to the botanical gardens.

Along the way, enjoy the views across the Valley of João Gomes River before reaching the gardens, located on the eastern edge of Funchal and known as one of the best examples of Madeiran landscaped gardens. Located in the grounds of a former private house, the gardens are host to a profusion of plants and flowers, from all parts of the world, which thrive in the island’s temperate climate.

This is a strenuous excursion where extensive walking is required over cobbled, uneven ground, many steps and steep inclines. Walking of up to one mile is essential and this may increase dependent on the garden visit. There are 40 steps in Monte Village (and an optional 75 steps to visit the church), 85 steps for the cable car and between 50-100 steps during the visit to the garden. We recommend that you wear flat walking shoes. You should be physically fit to participate on this excursion.

Leave the pier and head to the belvedere of Pico dos Barcelos, which offers a sweeping panorama. Continue next to the fishing village of Câmara de Lobos, which was once painted by Sir Winston Churchill. Known for its quaint, red-roofed houses and brightly painted fishing boats, its name translates to ‘The Sea Wolves’ Lair’.

To reach Cabo Girão, your coach takes you through pine woods and eucalyptus forests. Cabo Girão is said to be the second-highest sea cliff in Europe: it rises right out of the sea, and the viewpoint where you stop for photos offers coastal views along Funchal, and out to the distant horizon. Your journey then takes you up into the mountains, passing the vineyards of Estreito de Câmara Lobos, one of the most important winegrowing areas of the island. Many of the vines can be seen growing on terraces along the steep valleys that you pass on the way.

Arriving at the Adega da Quinta Restaurant, at Quinta d o Estreito, you can enjoy more panoramas over the coast. Nearby, you can spot the original wine cellar where barrels of Madeira wine, local brandy and ‘ginja’ - a sweet cherry liqueur - are stored. Sample some local wine and Portuguese cheese here before heading back to the ship.

Following a ‘Levada’ trail is one of the most enjoyable ways of seeing Madeira. These irrigation channels were created in the 19th century by the Portuguese settlers, who painstakingly carved them out of the rock by hand. Designed to carry fresh water from the north to the drier southern regions of the island, they helped to create many of the lush landscapes that can be seen today.

This guided walk will follow the course of The Levadas for over three miles, allowing you to admire the verdant plants, mountain views and green farmland that cover Madeira. You will first be driven to Vale Paraiso, where you set off for your two-hour walk. The first half will be a gentle stroll over fairly level ground, rising to the Camacha area for its surrounding views. The second stretch will take you all the way to Rochão, where you rejoin the coach for your return journey to the port.

This excursion begins with a visit to one of the island’s main pineapple plantations, where you can try locally-produced liqueurs before continuing to Ribeira Grande, the oldest and largest town on the north coast. From here, stop at Santa Iria Belvedere for dramatic views of the coast, and then continue to Pico de Ferro which overlooks the magnificent Furnas Valley.

A huge crater filled with diverse vegetation, beautiful lakes and spectacular geysers, the Furnas Valley is an integral part of local traditions and this is where people would bury sealed pots in the earth, waiting for the natural warmth to cook their meal of mixed meats and vegetables, known as ‘cozido’. Continue to the stunning Terra Nostra Gardens, an enchanting park laid out more than 200 years ago in the style of an English garden. Afterwards enjoy lunch at the adjacent Terra Nostra Casino.

After lunch, visit the extraordinary Hot Springs, where no fewer than 23 mineral springs spout boiling water into a sulphur-laden atmosphere. On your return drive to Ponta Delgada, pass through the island's former capital, Vila Franca Do Campo, now one of the principal tourist centres of the Azorean Archipelago.

There is approximately 200 yards of walking over uneven terrain at the Hot Springs. The walks in Ribeira Grande and through the Terra Nostra Park are both optional and each involves a further walk of approximately 500 yards, which is partly over cobbles and uneven terrain. Anyone not wishing to join the walk at Terra Nostra Park can wait in the hotel lobby, which has a shop and wc facilities. Please bring swimwear and a towel, we recommend wearing and easily removable footwear, such as flip-flops too if you would like to swim in the thermal pool. Changing rooms are available. The water in the thermal pool can dye swimwear, therefore it is not recommended to wear your best. Views will vary according to the weather. Dietary requests must be advised to the Explore Ashore Team on board ship at least 72 hours prior to arrival.

Furnas Valley was once a huge volcanic crater which erupted in 1630. Today, it is an oasis of lush greenery, showcasing both exotic and native flora. On this tour, pass into the volcanic landscape towards the largest botanical garden in the Azores – Park Terra Nostra, an area made popular by the health properties contained within the mineral water here. Here, a short walking tour will allow you to appreciate the wide range of plants that grow in the volcanic soil and for those who wish, there will be an opportunity to swim in the thermal warm water pool.

Continue towards the Caldeiras: an area still experiencing volcanic phenomena today (many restaurants in the area choose to cook their meals using the volcanic heat). Leaving the valley behind, continue north, past an abundance of impressive views across seemingly inaccessible landscape before arriving at the oldest tea garden in Europe – Chá Gorrean. Here, learn the process of tea production by visiting the factory and museum (which displays machinery from the 19th century), before enjoying a cup of cha (tea) for yourself and a slice of homemade pineapple cake. Leaving the tea garden, enjoy a scenic drive back to your ship.

There will be at least one mile of walking on this tour with some steps and uneven paths. Please bring swimwear and a towel if you would like to swim in the thermal pool. Begin with a drive from west to east across São Miguel Island to Furnas Valley. This is where your walk begins. This is one of the richest hydrological areas in Europe, boasting 22 thermal springs. Walking on unpaved roads and trails, you will pass through dense and lush vegetation to arrive at beautiful viewpoints along the way.

The scent of sulphur mingles with the perfume of flowers, and the cold, transparent waters of the streams mix with the boiling water, made golden by the iron contained within. The land surrounding Furnas Lake is dominated by farms, pastures and the great slopes of the volcanic crater. Fields are edged with Japanese red cedars, hydrangeas and the kahiki ginger.

Finally you reach Furnas Hot Springs, an area of diverse volcanic activity where water and mud geysers spout and boil. From the Hot Springs you will return by coach to Ponta Delgada.

Expect to walk up to two miles during this excursion, some of which will be on uneven paths and up gentle slopes. No refreshments are served during this excursion and we recommend bringing your own.

Enjoy a scenic drive through Ponta Delgada and across the island to Ribeira Grande, the oldest and largest town on the north coast, with a strong Portuguese influence. Here you will have time to explore the town square and church with a guide, or do some independent sightseeing.

Continue along the mountain roads to Pico Da Barrosa Mountain where you can see breathtaking views of Fire Lake, which is set in a volcanic crater and said to be one of the most beautiful on the island.

Your return journey to Ponta Delgada takes you towards Remedios in the south via Lagoa and a pineapple plantation, where you can sample the pineapple liqueur.

There is approximately 120 yards walking at the pineapple plantation. For those passengers wishing to explore Ribeira Grande with the guide there is a further 600 yards of walking. You are advised to bring a warm jumper as it can get cold in the mountains. Sunscreen and insect repellent are also recommended. Views will vary according to the weather.

Climb onto a 4x4 vehicle and head off-road, along old tracks and crossing small streams, before pausing to relax beside the crystal-clear waters. You will discover the island of São Miguel with vehicles well suited to its terrain, discovering unusual panoramas and an unspoilt wilderness far away from the city.

The rugged mountains are covered by indigenous trees, hydrangeas and other types of vegetation that contrast with the soft green valleys below with their sparkling streams and small villages. You can see how the locals live and work the rich farmland in communion with nature.

This tour involves approximately three-quarters-of-a-mile of walking, and a certain degree of agility is required in order to climb on board the jeeps. The four-wheel drive ride is unsuitable if you have back or neck problems owing to the very bumpy terrain, and these vehicles have no handrails or space to store wheelchairs. The standard of vehicle may vary by make and model, some having steep access steps and no seat belts.

A scenic treat awaits you on this highly recommended tour to the most beautiful natural setting in the Azores. Take the coastal road through picturesque villages to Feteiras, then ascend Sete Cidades, an extinct volcano that stands 1,900 feet above sea level.

From the edge of the massive crater you can enjoy magnificent views of the two lakes below, one blue the other green. According to legend, the different colours of the water are the result of tears shed by a princess and a shepherd when their love was forbidden.

Next, visit the Antonio Borges Botanical Gardens to view a remarkable collection of European and tropical trees. Continue to Abelheira for a brief stop at a pineapple plantation, where you can learn about the cultivation and marketing of these fruits and taste a pineapple liqueur, before returning to your ship.

This excursion begins with a scenic drive along the south coast of Faial Island to Capelinhos, a volcano that emerged from the sea during its 1957 eruption – which lasted for 14 months.

Take in views of the new land created by the volcanic activity before walking past the ruins of houses. These houses have been partially buried by volcanic ash. After passing a former whaling port, continue along an unpaved coastal road.

Here you will see a lighthouse, built to replace the previous one that was destroyed during the eruption. On your way towards Varadouro, you will walk past several spots that provide wonderful coastal views.

Arriving at the bay of Varadouro, you will see its collection of natural swimming pools, formed between black volcanic rocks. Due to its mild climate, Varadouro is popular spot for summerhouses, as well as also winegrowing. Your tour vehicle will meet you here and bring you back to Horta.

This walk will take place along coastal routes with some uneven ground. The distance covered will be approximately five miles in around two-and-a-half hours. An excellent level of physical fitness is required to participate. Walking shoes are recommended, and you should bring refreshments and sunscreen with you.

This scenic drive explores the island of Faial, without the need to walk long distances. Departing from Horta, your excursion begins with a drive along the south coastal road, passing through the towns of Feteira and Castelo Branco. Along this route you can enjoy views across to Pico, the second largest of the Azores islands.

Arrive at Capelinhos volcano, located on the far western tip of Faial Island. Rising from the sea in 1957, Capelinhos had a dramatic impact on the island landscape as well as the lives of those who lived here. Enjoy a magnificent view of Capelinhos and make a short stop at the Espalamaca viewpoint to enjoy the view over Horta, as you return back along the south coastal road to your ship.

There is an optional walk of approximately 50 yards at Capelinhos along paved and gravel paths, however you may choose to remain on board your tour vehicle instead.

The Azores is an internationally recognised bird watching destination. Situated in the centre of the North Atlantic Ocean, the islands are a fantastic place to spot migratory and endemic species.

This small-group excursion is led by an expert guide and ventures through both coastal and forested habitats in search of the local birdlife. Keep your eyes peeled for endemic species like the Atlantic Canary, the Azorean Chaffinch, Eurasian Blackcap and the Azorean Goldcrest.

The itinerary and duration of this excursion is dependent on weather conditions and the bird watching opportunities on the day. You should expect to be on your feet for most of the excursion, walking up to three-quarters of a mile in total with some uneven terrain and steps to negotiate. Therefore, a good level of physical fitness is required. Your guide will provide binoculars that can be shared amongst the participants, but you may prefer to bring your own for personal use. It is recommended that you bring your own refreshments and wear outdoor clothing and footwear.

Depart from the pier in Horta for a short drive to your first stop at the Espalamaca viewpoint. Capture a view of the verdant landscape, which meets the orange-topped houses that surround the bay of Horta.

Continue your drive towards Capelinhos Volcano. Along the way, you will pass the typical Azorean villages of Ribeira Funda and Norte Pequeno. The Capelinhos Volcano erupted in 1957 and remained active for 13 months. This natural phenomenon is one of the most remarkable volcanoes in the world and played a significant part in the island’s history.

After taking in the impressive view, visit the Capelinhos Interpretative Centre for an insight into the story of the volcanic eruption as well as the geological history of the Azores. Continue to the Capelo Forest Park where you will take a short stroll with your guide along the lava edged walkways.

Finally, travel to Varadouro, a bay overlooked by the Castelo Branco hill, with jagged black rocks and rippling natural swimming pools. Make a short stop here to appreciate the view before returning to Horta, following the south-west coast of Faial.

Expect to walk approximately half a mile during this excursion, mostly on flat terrain with some gravel paths in Capelo Forest Park and Varadouro. There are some steps to negotiate at the Volcano Centre, but other accessible routes are also available.

Discover the highlights of Faial Island’s capital Horta on this walking exploration. Begin with a stroll through the pretty Praça da Republica Garden on route to the colourful marketplace, where traders from the neighbouring island of Pico sell fruit and vegetables.

Walk through the market before heading into the centre of Horta to visit the city museum. Housed in the former Jesuits’ College, one of Faial’s most important buildings, Horta Museum exhibits pieces from the island’s cultural heritage, covering a broad period of history.

After your visit, walk to the locally-famous Café Peter Sport, which has been a meeting-point for sailors over decades. On the second floor you will find the Scrimshaw Museum, with a beautiful collection of bone and ivory art. Shortly after leaving the museum, you will reach Santa Cruz Fort, built in the middle of the 16th century to protect Horta from pirate attacks.

Before returning to your ship, stroll through the marina and admire hundreds of paintings drawn by sailors covering almost every piece of wall space. Make a stop at Doce Delicia Café to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, together with a taste of the local treat ‘Fofas do Faial’, a traditional pastry known for its light and fluffy texture.

Leave Praia da Vitória behind on a full-day exploration of Terceira. Begin with a short stop at Serra do Cume, a vantage point which, on a clear day, offers wonderful vistas over the whole of the island. Continue north to the coastal town of Biscoitos.

Here you’ll discover natural swimming pools dotted between volcanic black rocks, a popular spot for bathers. Continue to the nearby wine museum to learn about the history of wine production in the region – complete with wine tasting. Continue past the volcanic craters of Pico da Bagacina and Caldeira de Guilherme Moniz on your way to the island’s capital, Angra do Heroísmo.

En route, stop at Monte Brasil for a breathtaking view of the city and out across the Atlantic Ocean. Join a guided walking tour of Angra do Heroísmo, visiting the Duke’s Garden and the 16th-century cathedral. Then enjoy a two-course lunch at a hotel in the city, accompanied by a glass of wine. The return journey to port is via the charming villages of Ribeirinha and São Sebastião.

Embark on a scenic excursion – the ideal introduction to the beautiful area around the city of Praia da Vitória. This panoramic tour takes you along the coast, passing well-preserved traditional villages, such as Porto Martins, with picturesque coastal views of the Enchanted Bays.

Discover the village of São Sebastião, situated on the east coast. This historic village is proud of its heritage and has several interesting buildings such as the 16th-century Igreja Matriz (main parish church), famous for its Manueline-style doorways, late Gothic frescoes and its Chapel of the Holy Ghost.

Leaving São Sebastião, take the mountain road to the iconic Serra do Cume viewpoint – a perfect photo opportunity. This district is noted for its patchwork of small farms, stone walls and patches of forest, making for a charming vista.

Begin with a drive to Serra do Cume, a viewpoint overlooking green pastures and Praia da Victoria. Continue past the largest crater in the archipelago, the Caldeira de Guilherme Moniz. Explore the protected landscape of Monte Brasil, where a short stop allows you to capture the view over the ocean and the city of Angra.

Then it’s onwards into the historic city centre of Angra. Here you’ll stroll with your guide to see the Duke’s Garden and the Gothic-inspired cathedral.

On your return journey to the port, pass through the villages of Ribeirinha and São Sebastião, home to another 16th-century church.

Visit Algar do Carvão, an ancient volcanic vent, in the centre of the island of Terceira.

Travel from the cruise pier by coach towards Algar do Carvão, passing through the countryside and taking in far reaching views. Known for its unique geological formations and underground lake, the cave is set approximately 1800 feet above sea level. Descend via steps 330 feet into the Earth to discover a pool of crystal-clear water at the bottom. The cave itself is remarkable due to the unique mineralogical characteristics of its silicate stalactites.

After returning to the surface, your return drive will pass by Caldeira Guilherme Moniz, the largest crater in the Azores archipelago. Before arriving back at the pier, enjoy a short stop at the Serra do Cume viewpoint where you can admire a sweeping coastal vista.

There will be approximately three-quarters of a mile of essential walking. Access to the cave involves negotiating 200 steps in each direction. These steps can be steep and uneven but are fitted with a handrail. It will be cold and damp inside the cave with slippery surfaces and low light in places. Warm layered clothing and outdoor footwear are recommended.
