How our discounts work
On all cruises we set aside a number of cabins within each grade at a discounted fare, with the highest discount of 35% for ocean cruises and 25% for river cruises available on selected grades. These cabins are sold on a first come, first served basis. As cabins are sold, the discount begins to reduce, and continues to reduce until those selected cabins are sold. This means that the earlier you book, the higher the chance of securing a greater discount. Our price panels clearly show the full cruise price, along with the current discount fare. Please note: During busy periods for holiday bookings, the early booking discount can reduce rapidly. We recommend that you book early to benefit from the best booking discounts and to secure your preferred cabin and grade. When promoting new cruises for the first time, we contact customers on our Advanced Registration list first, allowing then to secure the cabin of their choice and benefit from the best savings. Our brochures are then sent out to loyalty club members first, followed by past cruise goers and then everyone else.-

Falmouth

Falmouth is a thriving port town, well-known for its rich maritime heritage and converted into a seaport at the request of Sir Walter Raleigh. Positioned on the Cornish coast at the Fal Estuary, today the town is the start and finish line for many record-breaking sea voyages including those of Dame Ellen MacArthur and Robin Knox-Johnston.

Isles of Scilly ⚓

This unspoilt archipelago of over 140 islands is fringed by sandy beaches, lapped by crystal clear waters. These low-lying islands have a unique beauty, and are a haven for wildlife. Tresco is known for its outstanding collection of subtropical flora at the Tresco Abbey Garden which you will visit during an included excursion.

Having enjoyed a 21st-century rejuvenation, Northern Ireland’s capital, Belfast is fast becoming a celebrated haven for literature, art, music and theatre. The city, which is yours to discover on an included panoramic excursion, also boasts a rich seafaring history and it was here that the ill-fated RMS Titanic was built.

Liverpool.

Liverpool evolved during the Industrial Revolution as a nexus for trade, as reflected in the historic centre and the restored Royal Albert Dockyards. It is also a city synonymous with the cultural revolution of the 1960s.
On the waterfront, visitors are greeted by the iconic ‘Three Graces’, which includes the Royal Liver Building. Other notable attractions include neo-classical St George’s Hall, the Tate Liverpool and Walker Art Gallery and such fine parks as 200-acre Sefton Park with its Victorian palm house.

Holyhead ⚓, Wales.

Situated off the north-west coast of Wales, close to the Snowdonia Mountain range, lies the Isle of Anglesey which boasts a wealth of history including a long and ancient Celtic past. During the Middle Ages, the island was known as ‘Mam Cymru’ or ‘Mother of Wales’, thanks to its lush, fertile fields. Historic Beaumaris on the east side of the island is the site of the last royal stronghold built by Edward I.

Fishguard ⚓, Wales.

Fishguard is surrounded by the rolling meadows of the Pembrokeshire National Park. On a small head overlooking sweeping Cardigan Bay are the ruins of an old fort from the Napoleonic era.
In 1797, the garrison fired blanks at the approaching French fleet, forcing them to land further along the coast. The failed invasion is illustrated on a tapestry displayed at the Fishguard Library. The town was the setting for the 1971 film Under Milk Wood, with locals acting as extras alongside movie stars Richard Burton and Peter O’Toole.

Medieval Pembroke Castle has a scenic setting on a rocky promontory overlooking Milford Haven and is accredited as the birthplace of the Tudor dynasty.
