Today, Discovery was in one of my favourite cities in Norway, Bergen. We arrived on a beautiful sunny morning. A rare day when you consider the city sees over 2400mm of rain a year.
The city has an amazing history. In 1702, seven eighths of the city burned down, so much of the city we see today was built after this date. Still, Bergen’s old quayside is on UNESCO’s list of World Heritage Sites, so it’s a great place for a stroll.
