Terms & conditions
- The promoter is ST&H Limited (trading as Saga Holidays) of 3 Pancras Square, London, N1C 4AG.
- The prize draw is open to all UK residents over the age of 50 with a permanent UK address, except employees and retirees of the Promoter and any of its subsidiaries, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
- Only one entry per person is permitted.
- No purchase is necessary. To enter, simply return a fully completed questionnaire to your Saga host in resort, ensuring you check your name and address details, and you will be entered into the next quarterly prize draw only.
- The opening date for entries is [0:01] on [October 4, 2021]. The closing date for the final quarterly prize draw is [0:00] on [September 28, 2022]. All entries received after this time will be invalid.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed. Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, delayed or illegible, regardless of cause will not be accepted. Entries must be made by returning a fully completed questionnaire to the Saga host in resort. Postal, telephone or email entries will not be accepted.
- The winner will be the first customer randomly selected in a computer-generated draw. The draws will take place on December 31, 2021, March 31, 2022, June 30, 2022 and September 30, 2022.
- The prize is a £250 voucher per draw to be redeemed against any Saga holiday.
- The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no whole/part-cash alternative is offered.
- Saga Holiday’s bookings are subject to Saga’s booking conditions.
- The voucher cannot be redeemed against an existing holiday booking made prior to the respective draw date.
- The voucher cannot be accepted as part of the deposit payment for a Saga Holidays booking.
- The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- The winner will be notified by telephone, email or post within 21 days of the relevant draw taking place.
- The prize will be sent to the winner by post within 30 days of being notified of their win.
- The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the prize winners to anyone who emails inresortdraw@saga.co.uk or writes to In Resort Competition, ST&H Limited, Marketing Department, 3 Pancras Square, London, N1C 4AG (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month of the relevant draw having taken place as stated in condition 7. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being made available, please email inresortdraw@saga.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entries to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- The Promoter will use the information provided on completed questionnaires to administer the prize draw and to provide you with information about those products and services in which you have expressed a preference. In this regard, we may share your contact details with other members of the Saga group providing such products and services. To update your communication preferences, please call 0800 504 505. - These terms and conditions will be governed by English law and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
