We were sad to learn that Thomas Cook, an integral part of the British High Street, ceased trading on September 23, 2019.
This news has undoubtedly caused disruption to thousands of holidaymakers as well as a number of our guests, and our team are reviewing all affected Saga holidays.
For Saga guests whose upcoming holiday includes Thomas Cook flights
We are continuing to work with our airline partners to find alternative flights where possible. Customers travelling until the end of 2019 have almost all been contacted. We are well underway with 2020 departures too and where an alternative has been found, Guests will receive letters shortly advising of their new flight information.
