Day 1 UK to New York
Our VIP door-to-door travel service collects you from home for your flight to New York.
On arrival, we transfer to our hotel.
Day 2 New York
We start the day with an orientation tour of this magnificent, buzzing city, to help you familiarise yourself with many of the sights you’ll want to explore in more detail this week. These include the tree-lined streets of Greenwich Village, Washington Square and fashionable Soho. In Lower Midtown, we’ll see the Empire State Building, and over on the East River side, the impressive United Nations building.
The rest of the day is at leisure - perhaps foray into Brooklyn across the Brooklyn Bridge to take in the iconic city skyline in all its glory; take the ferry to Staten Island for wonderful views of the proud Empire State Building as you pass; or take a leisurely stroll through Central Park, 850 acres of parkland amid the bustling city and a favourite among New Yorkers, who throng in their thousands to stroll and explore - a fantastic spot for people watching or relaxing in the sunshine.
Day 5 New York to UK
A whole morning to revisit some of your favourite places or do some last-minute shopping before we transfer to the airport for our return flight to the UK.
Day 3 - 4 New York
For the next two days, you’re free to continue to make your own exploration of the city. Why not take advantage of your Explorer Pass and visit a whole host of attractions. Visit the Empire State Building for jaw-dropping views across the city below, or enjoy a harbour cruise around Ellis Island and see the Statue of Liberty up close with the stunning city skyline in full view.
A trip to the Big Apple wouldn’t be complete without a shopping spree. Visit famous stores including Saks, Macy’s and Bloomingdales among others and shop ‘til you drop.
To escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, why not step inside the spectacular St Patrick’s Cathedral, a decorated neo-Gothic Catholic cathedral built in 1878. Or visit the elegant Plaza Hotel, scene to so many movies, to unwind with a pot of real tea, scones and cakes in The Palm Court.
Or take a stroll through famous Central Park, 850 acres of parkland amid the bustling city and a favourite among New Yorkers, who throng here in their thousands.
Day 6 UK
