Temecula Valley

Southern California’s Temecula Valley’s Mediterranean-like climate, coastal mist and rolling hills akin to Tuscany make it ideal for viticulture and olive cultivation. The region has seen wine grape growing since the 1700s, but it wasn’t until 1984 that Temecula Valley gained AVA status. Today, it’s home to over 40 wineries, growing over 50 varieties of grape, and numerous olive groves. On your tour, visit the Temecula Olive Oil Company, a sustainable ranch passionate about regenerative farming, hand-harvesting and zero-waste cultivation. Taste the current harvest of fresh-squeezed olive oils and small batch vinegars.
