Food and Drink

The hotel’s Katira (meaning ‘Pretty Woman’ in Maleku) Restaurant serves buffet-style meals. The varied menu features both international and traditional Costa Rican delicacies created from local ingredients, and you can enjoy views over the river – perhaps spotting some of the local birdlife or an iguana or two as you dine.

The hotel’s cosy lounge bar serves tropical fruit cocktails, as well as traditional beers and spirits, with views of the San Carlos river. The free bar is open between 10am and 10pm.
