Today we head northwards through the Rockies to Jasper, with some fantastic scenery and possible wildlife sightings along the way.
We stop at the Columbia Icefield and take an included Ice Explorer ride on to the surface of the Athabasca Glacier (subject to weather conditions). There is also the opportunity to step out onto the glacier and stand on this ancient ice.
We continue on to the charming town of Jasper.
Day 4 Jasper
This morning we board our coach for an unforgettable sightseeing journey that begins with the limestone gorge of Maligne Canyon and continues along the shore of Medicine Lake, rushing Maligne River and one of the most photographed spots in the world, the magnificent Maligne Lake.

We continue west through the forests of northern British Columbia and arrive into Quesnel this evening.
Day 6 Rocky Mountaineer (Quesnel to Whistler)
An early start this morning to continue our travels, enjoying some of the most breathtaking and varied scenery found anywhere in the world.

Our destination today is the delightful mountain resort of Whistler.
