Day 1 UK-Ibiza
Fly to Ibiza and head to San Miguel Bay on the island's peaceful north coast, where you'll spend five nights at the locally rated 4-star Hotel Olé Galeón Ibiza (4Q). D
Day 2 Ibiza Town
Venture inside the ancient walls of the island's capital, Ibiza Town, on an included excursion this morning. Discover the influences of the Ancient Greeks, the Romans, the Phoenicians, and the Carthaginians as you stroll the cobbled streets of Dalt Villa – high town – a UNESCO-listed site with a history that spans 2,500 years. B, L, D
Day 3 San Miguel Bay
Look out for the luxury yachts of the jet set en route to the beautiful island of Formentera on a full-day optional trip. Known as the pine island, Formentera, is blessed with fine white sand and a crystal clear sea. B, L, D
Dubbed the pine island, Formentera is one of the smallest of the Balearic islands at around 12 miles long, but what it lacks in size it certainly makes up for in beauty. The beaches here are among the most attractive in Spain, with white powder sand and alluring turquoise water. A birdwatchers' paradise - the island is home to more than 200 species of bird.
Day 4 North Island tour
Explore the highlights of the north of the island on an included excursion. Admire the distinctive white-washed houses and pretty churches, and learn about the heritage of the region. This afternoon perhaps enjoy a hike to the small hilltop fort overlooking San Miguel. B, L, D
Day 5 San Miguel Bay
On an optional excursion this morning you'll see more of the island's southern coast, home to some of the famous locations which have gained Ibiza the reputation of being a party island. Spend the rest of the day as you choose, perhaps exploring the surrounding area. B, L, D
This area is a magnet for clubbers in high season. Enjoy a stroll on San Antonio's sunset strip, as well as visiting some lesser known beauty spots. En route you'll pass through villages that have proudly retained their traditional character and see breath-taking panoramic views.
Day 6 Ibiza to Colònia de Sant Jordi, Majorca
This morning you fly from Ibiza to Majorca, where you spend the next five nights at the locally rated 3-star Hotel Universal Romantica (3Q+) in pretty Colònia de Sant Jordi on the island's lesser frequented south-east coast. B, D
Day 7 Sineu Market
The medieval village of Sineu sits at the heart of the island and is renowned for its lively market, which you'll visit on an included excursion this morning. Sineu is considered to be Majorca's gastronomic centre and it's easy to see why… buckets of olives, strings of chillies, slabs of cheese and an abundance of plump fruit are just a few of the delicacies on offer. B, L, D
Day 8 Porto Cristo and the Caves of Drach
An included half-day excursion this morning visits the traditional Spanish fishing village of Porto Cristo and the famous Caves of Drach, which you explore on foot and by boat - you'll even enjoy classical music, underground! B, L, D
Day 9 Colònia de Sant Jordi
Today you have the option to travel through beautiful scenery on a full-day optional excursion to the Sierra de Tramuntana mountains and the traditional towns of Deia and Valldemosa. B, L, D
Travel through beautiful countryside dotted with almond, carob and olive trees to Valldemossa and visit the church and monks' cells where the lovers, Polish composer Frédéric Chopin and French novelist Baroness Dudevant, better known as George Sand, stayed in the winter of 1838. The monastery is now preserved as a museum, where Chopin’s original pianos, manuscripts of his compositions and his death mask can be seen (entrance fee not included). Next to the monastery is a church and a palace – the Palau de Rei Sanxo. Being so close to the coast, it was repeatedly raided by pirates which explains the unlikely presence of the defensive tower.
Day 10 La Palma city
Set off this morning on an included half-day trip to Palma, Majorca's charming capital. Stroll along the attractive seafront and see many buildings of interest, including Bellver Castle, the Cathedral of Palma, and the Almudaina Palace. B, L, D
Day 11 Majorca to Ciutadella, Minorca
Enjoy a ferry crossing from Alcudia to Ciutadella on Minorca. You spend the next four nights at the locally rated 4-star Hotel Port Ciutadella (4Q), close to Ciutadella's pretty old town, or at the locally rated 4-star Hotel San Luis (4Q) depending on your departure. B, D
Day 12 Ciutadella city tour
Take a tour of Minorca's former capital Ciutadella, whose fascinating history has witnessed invasions by the Turks and the English. Its port and palaces are well worth exploring, and your guided tour includes entrance to the Gothic cathedral. This afternoon sample local cheese and wine on an optional excursion. B, D
Day 13 Ciutadella, Minorca
The Cami de Cavalls is an ancient path that encircles the island, offering 185 kilometres of incredible coastal views. An optional trek this morning gives you the chance to walk a section of the route. B, D
This adventurous excursion takes you on a scenic walk along part of the ancient coastal path from Cala Galdana to Cala Turqueta. See hidden coves and stunning beaches - just make sure you wear a comfortable pair of shoes and have a reasonable level of fitness. If you're unsure about the suitability of this excursion, please speak to your Saga tour manager.
Day 14 Mahón city tour, Minorca
Look forward to an included guided tour of the island's historic capital, Mahón, where the harbour is backed by Georgian houses and overlooked by a mansion once occupied by Admiral Lord Nelson. Spend your afternoon at leisure. B, D
Day 15 Minorca-UK
Travel by coach to Minorca airport for your return flight home. B
