Day 1 UK to Havana
Depart in the morning for your daytime flight to Havana where you stay three nights at the locally rated 5-star Melia Cohiba (4Q).
Tonight, look forward to dinner at a local restaurant with a Cuban cocktail lesson included. D
Day 2 Havana
Contrast old and modern Havana on an included tour.
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, then visit the interactive Cuban Dance School and Revolution Square. Perhaps treat yourself to an optional Tropicana show this evening. B, L
Day 3 Havana
Spend the day at leisure in Havana. Perhaps continue to explore independently, or alternatively, a number of optional excursions will be available. B
Day 4 Havana-Viñales Valley
Travel first to Las Terrazas Nature Reserve, where you can explore and enjoy an included lunch.
Afterwards, continue to Viñales where you will stay three nights at the locally rated 3-star Los Jazmines (2Q) or similar on a half-board basis. B, L, D
Day 5 Viñales Valley
After viewing the Jurassic limestone formations, explore underground caves on an included boat trip, then visit a Cigar Factory in Pinar del Rio at lunchtime before an afternoon at leisure. B, L, D
Day 6 Viñales Valley
Today is free to spend at leisure, or you could choose to join an optional excursion. B, D
Day 7 Viñales Valley-Havana
Return to Havana and the Melia Cohiba (4Q) for a further night.
After lunch at a local restaurant, this afternoon join an included excursion which takes you on the trail of the author and Nobel prize winner Ernest Hemingway who made Havana his home for nearly 20 years. This evening an included excursion reveals Havana’s vintage American cars and Floridita’s Bar, followed by dinner at a local restaurant. B, L, D
Day 8 Havana - Cienfuegos and the Bay of Pigs
En route to Cienfuegos, pause at the Bay of Pigs and visit the Playa Giron Museum, which tells the story of the 1961 attempted military invasion of the island by American-backed Cuban exiles.

Day 9 Cienfuegos
Included tour of UNESCO-listed Cienfuegos and a boat trip, before lunch in a local restaurant. B, L, D

Head to Cayo Santa Maria, enjoying lunch at a local restaurant, and stopping en route at the final resting place of Che Guevara, and in Remedios.
