Snorkel in crystal-clear waters, relax on white-sand beaches, and take the opportunity to explore night markets as you discover the fascinating cultures surrounding the Gulf of Thailand.

Interesting journeys by train and ferry will reveal the rural attractions and tropical retreats of this amazing country and its islands.

Please note: This tour is classified as an escorted journey level one, due to its fairly leisurely pace.  Please note however that some days will require a reasonable levely of mobility, including the ability to manage steps of varying heights and uneven walkways.

2012 departures vary slightly. On day 11, you will fly back to Bangkok where you stay overnight at the Ramada Plaza Menam Riverside (4Q). Lunch and dinner not included. On day 12, return to the airport for your return flight to the UK.

Day 9 Koh Samui

Today's included tour visits a variety of Koh Samui's attractions. You see 'Big Buddha', set on a small island off the northern tip of Koh Samui. Continue to the stunning Namuang waterfall and the town of Nathon, pausing at Grand Ma and Grand Pa rocks en route.
