  • Mirador del Rio
You can join an optional scenic tour of Lanzarote’s north-west coast today. A particular highlight will be visiting Mirador del Rio, a stunning viewpoint designed by César Manrique. It was lauded as an architectural achievement, and the views overlooking the less-frequented island of La Graciosa are astounding.
  • Timanfaya National Park
Explore Lanzarote’s lunar-like landscapes at Timanfaya National Park. The Montañas del Fuego (Fire Mountains) were created between 1730 and 1736. This area appears much the same as it did just after the eruptions and in 1968 the area was declared a national park. The park is a must see sight for any visitor to the island because of its unique 'Martian' landscape and rare plant species.
  • Spend time in Betancuria
You will have the opportunity to spend time in Betancuria, Fuerteventura’s oldest settlement, it was once the capital of Fuerteventura. The region is renowned for its mountains and stunning views, and is a sparsely populated region. Betancuria contains several important religious buildings including the Iglesia de Santa Maria de Betancuria and the convent of San Buenaventura, which originated in 1416.
  • Spectacular Mount Teide
Conclude your tour with a visit to one of the most iconic features of the Canaries, majestic Mount Teide. Emblem of the Canary Islands and without a doubt Tenerife's most spectacular natural feature, Mount Teide dominates practically the whole of Tenerife's centre and can be seen from virtually anywhere; its often snow-capped peak can even be seen from the beach.
  • Uncover the history of the Canary Islands
The Canarian Museum is located in the old historic quarter of Vegueta, close to the cathedral and to Santa Ana square. It is a privileged spot. The museum houses the most complete archeological collections in the Canary Islands. The selection of pieces on display provides a fascinating introduction  to the islands' aboriginal past.
