Schools supportThe Mukuni Basic School was established to educate children between grades one and four. This new education project involves assisting in the teaching and helping to develop skills for sustainable projects.
Health programmeThe Mukuni Health Centre has to cover for a population in excess of 7,000 people and requires help in a number of health programs that can dramatically improve the lives of local people.
Dunnottar SchoolDunnottar School was established in 1973 by a charity then named the St Lucia Association for Retarded Children. In 1981 it opened the Vocational Workshop, followed by the Child Development and Guidance Centre in 2005.
Morne Doudon Combined SchoolBased in a village in an area of high unemployment, Morne Doudon Combined School was built in 1985 to help accommodate pupils from the overcrowded town schools.
Schools supportThis project involves far more than teaching. Based in the townships of Port Elizabeth, we are currently working with seven primary schools in an area of considerable poverty.
Community care supprt at EmmanuelThis project supports a grass roots organisation which provides advice, care, nutrition and education to HIV/AIDS suffers and vulnerable children.
Samata SchoolMany children attend Samata School in the centre of Kathmandu, and lots of Samata's students are orphans or have been separated from their families during political upheaval.
Naxal OrphanageNaxal Orphanage is one of three run by OCCED (the Organisation for Community, Child and Environment Development) and is located just over a kilometre from the centre of Kathmandu.
Thoduwawa SchoolBecause of Sri Lanka's economic progress in recent decades and its popularity with tourists, the teaching of English has become a priority at most schools.
