Adventure cruising with Saga offers a taste of the extraordinary.
We've travelled far and wide to seek out fascinating attractions and experiences, but it's not just our excursions that will help you to get the most from your time in port.
Our expert guest speakers bring experiences to life with their engaging and entertaining lectures, and our chefs love to bring you a little of the local flavour to every meal.
Exciting itineraries...extraordinary destinations
Exclusively for adults, Adventure cruises combine the excitement of discovering new destinations with the comfort of sailing aboard one of our small and friendly ships. You’ll be able to explore a host of destinations which the larger cruise liners have to pass by – destinations such as the Boca da Valeria, Brazil and the remote outpost of Archangel in Russia’s extreme north.
Join us on a Quest for Adventure
After months of planning, our fabulous new ship, Quest for Adventure, set sail on her inaugural cruise on May 6, 2012.
In her first year, she will be taking passengers to some of the world’s most exciting and intriguing places. You’ll be able to travel in stylish, comfortable and contemporary surroundings whilst enjoying the informal and friendly atmosphere on board.
Completely refurbished in 2010, Quest for Adventure has a yacht-like ambience with stylish nautical furnishings. She also has a wonderfully friendly feel with plenty of places for eating, drinking and socialising.
"To celebrate her arrival we've given her some exciting new itineraries. Two cruises particularly appeal to me - one follows the route of the Arctic Convoys to the far north of Russia, the other travels along the Atlantic coast of Canada all the way to Cuba! I can't wait to sail on her and who knows, perhaps I'll meet some of you on board in 2012..." Susan Hooper - Chief Executive, Saga Travel
