All 110 individually decorated one-bedroom apartments have a balcony, television, telephone, radio and lounge/dining area.
Apartments have a queen-size bed in the bedroom and some have a queen-size sofa bed in the living room also. A weekly maid service is included. There are lifts to the first floor only, with 17 steps to the second.
Each apartment has a separate kitchen equipped with oven, four electric rings, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.
