Day 1 UK to Hanoi
After taking Saga’s included UK door-to-door travel service to Heathrow, depart in the morning for your overnight flight to Hanoi.
Day 2 Hanoi
Stay two nights at the Melia Hanoi Hotel (4Q) and enjoy an included traditional water puppet show. There is a welcome dinner tonight. D
Day 3 Hanoi
Tour Hanoi and see the One Pillar Pagoda, Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum and the Lake of the Restored Sword. B, L
Day 4 Hanoi to Ha Long
Travel through the Red River delta. Cruise aboard a private junk in Ha Long Bay with lunch included, then stay overnight at the Novotel in Ha Long (3Q). B, L
Day 5 Ha Long to Hanoi to Hue
Fly to Hue. Visit the Mausoleum of Tu Duc and Dong Ba Market. Stay two nights at the Hotel Saigon Morin (3Q). Lunch and dinner are at local restaurants. B, L, D

Included tour of Hue with a dragonboat trip on the Perfume River. Lunch is at a local restaurant. B, L

Day 8 Hoi An
Spend the day at leisure or perhaps embark on an optional excursion to My Son. B
Visit the capital and religious centre of the former Champa kingdom. In a lush green valley 40 kilometres south-west of Hoi An are dozens of red brick towers and sanctuaries dating from between the 7th and 13th centuries.
On the return journey you will visit Tra Kieu, capital of the Champa kingdom between the 4th and 8th centuries and the source of some of the finest sculptures now in Danang’s Cham Museum.
Day 9 Hoi An to Danang to Nha Trang
Transfer to Danang and see the world's finest collection of Cham sculptures. Fly to Nha Trang. City tour after lunch. Stay two nights at the Novotel Nha Trang Hotel (3Q). B, L
Day 10 Nha Trang
Cruise to offshore islands for a visit to the Tri Nguyen Aquarium and a seafood lunch on Con Se Tre Island. Dinner is at your hotel tonight. L, D
Day 11 Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh City
Morning flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Visit the War Remnants Museum. Stay two nights at the Hotel Pullman Saigon Centre (5Q). Enjoy an included dinner cruise along the River Saigon this evening. B, D
Day 12 Cu Chi Tunnels
